Computer equipment. This ranges from the small things like your mouse all the way up to the physical servers you may have, and everything else in between. Issues with all the beeps, whirs, and other noises your computer may make. Whether the computer is dead because it was run over by a backhoe, dropped in the bathtub, or it has simply bit the dust because of old age, we are able to help diagnose the issue as well as provide a recommendation on replacement equipment and provide a quote, if you would like to purchase through us as well.

Fix your pet’s messes. Sorry, we can’t assist with your cat's hairballs or your dog's bite marks all over your new end table. Pet hair, however, can be a contributor to computer cooling systems failing. In that case we can help.
We do...
Computer software. We can assist with the Microsoft Windows Operating System that runs on your computer and troubleshoot why it keeps opening 300 instances of the calculator app, as well as Microsoft Office and why everything you type is upside down. We can also help with the line of business applications, such as Quickbooks, that you rely on for your company to run smoothly. It is inevitable that software will stop working, have errors, freeze or need an update. We can assist with all of it!
We don’t…
Provide medical advice. Sorry, we are not licensed medical professionals. If you need help there, please contact your local physician or, in case of an emergency, dial 911. The only type of viruses we can assist with are on a computer.
We do…
Phones. You may or may not have VoIP phones through rocketwise, inc. If you do, we are able to troubleshoot things such as phone not ringing, call quality issues, extension changes, call routing and more. This is not limited to just the phone service and features, but also the physical phone, why it doesn’t boot up, why it doesn’t register, or the inevitable 600 twists in the handset cable. If you do not have phones with us we can setup a conversation to see if that would be a good fit for you. New or replacement equipment can be ordered through us as well.

Repair vehicles. Sorry! While some of us are very mechanically inclined, we recommend taking your vehicle to a trusted local mechanic and referencing your vehicles service manual for general maintenance. Please feel free to reference rocketwise, inc. when needing phone/computer maintenance though!

Cloud services & virtual desktops. rocketwise inc. has our own cloud based service we affectionately call Launch Cloud (rockets, space, launching rockets into the clouds, get it... Launch Cloud). With this service we assist with connecting to and troubleshooting things that happen inside your remote desktop. This usually focuses on the software that you use while connected, but it is not limited to that. We can assist with printing from Launch Cloud to your local printer, as well as accessing files from Launch Cloud off either your local computer or usb drive. There are many other aspects of our Launch Cloud that we support, but those are just a few. If you don’t yet take advantage of our Launch Cloud offering, we’d be happy to setup a meeting to discuss it and see if it would be right fit for you.

Predict the weather. While we have a ‘cloud’ service, we can’t tell you if it will rain or if you need to bring your plants or pets inside over night. I mean, the real meteorologist can barely do it!

Networking. We manage your network. The devices that are in that closet/room with all the blinky lights and cables. That is just a small portion of what goes into managing your network. We can help with accessing your computer at the office remotely, difficulty accessing certain sites, ensuring people can’t access sites you don’t want them to, we can make sure your computers can connect to one another and to network resources from local servers or in the cloud. If it plugs into the network we can help.
